Welcome to Villa Marie, a house located in a suburb of Lloret de Mar, surrounded by nature – ideal for those looking for relaxation. A relaxing setting just 10 minutes from Lloret de Mar and its beaches (by car).

The villa offers:

· Two floors (7 pers. total + 1 extra by means of a single bed in the living room):
· 4 Comfortable and cozy bedrooms;
· 2 Complete bathrooms and kitchens;

Upon arrival at Villa Marie, take a small staircase down that leads you to the main entrance. As soon as you open the door, you feel the warmth of a home that has been decorated with love and with an eye for detail. A house that is suitable for a wonderful holiday full of relaxation and tranquility.

On the left is the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need: a coffee machine with milk frother (Nespresso capsules), kettle, pans, fridge freezer, plenty of kitchen utensils and an oven. The kitchen is not large, but very functional.

On the right you will find a bathroom with toilet and shower, practically furnished, perfect for refreshing yourself after a sunny day at the beach or simply enjoying a hot shower.

If you walk further, you will enter the living room, the heart of the house. This is a spacious and bright place thanks to the large windows that open onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the views of nature and the pool.  The living room is air-conditioned.

In the living room there is a comfortable single bed (90x2.00) that also functions as a sofa, ideal for relaxing with a good book or a movie or for an extra person to spend the night. The rustic wooden dining table, surrounded by elegant chairs, invites you to cozy family meals or atmospheric candlelight dinners.

The décor is neutral and warm, with linen curtains, rattan lamps and striped cushions on the sofa, creating a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere. A wooden display cabinet gives the room a classic look, while small details such as candles, decorative trays and natural elements make the room homely. A home from home! 

From the living room you have access to two bedrooms:

The master bedroom, with a double bed (1.60x2.00), is equipped with extra comfort by means of a mattress topper - ideal for a deep and restful sleep. The decoration preserves the natural essence of the home, with soft tones and natural materials.

The second bedroom, equipped with a single bed (90x2.00), perfect for an extra guest or child. From this room you can see the beautiful green surroundings of Villa Marie and overlook the pool.

Through the front of the house you enter the lower living area at pool level via the stairs in the garden on the left. Here you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen fully equipped. How wonderful that you can enter the terrace from your bed, through the authentic patio doors and take a dip in the pool! A lovely large swimming pool which offers complete privacy. The pool will be maintained by our pool company during your stay.

Every corner of Villa Marie has been carefully decorated to provide comfort and style, with the tranquility of the mountains and proximity to the sea. The perfect sun, sea, beach holiday awaits you here! In addition, we value high-quality personal service and your hostesses will ensure that you lack nothing.

PLEASE NOTE: We have an age policy. To stay at Villa Marie, you must be at least 28 years old. This policy applies specifically to groups of friends and of course not to families with children.

Cot and high chair available - if you would please inform us of your wishes when making your reservation, we will make sure that everything is perfectly arranged for you.
