The villa is located in the Roca Grossa district. The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 3 km (8 minutes by car)! 

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY FOR RENT FOR FAMILIES! Unfortunately we do not accept reservations from groups of young people, minimum age is 28 years.

Villa Mare Nostrum - the destination for a wonderful family holiday! Relax by the private pool with an unparalleled panoramic view of the sea and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the sunsets.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet in terms of car traffic and only 50 meters away from the start of various hiking trails. There is a 2 km walking path that goes directly to the center, to the beach (about 20-25 minutes walk). Villa Mare Nostrum is built above street level and has stairs, making the villa unsuitable for disabled people.

Upon arrival you will see that the property is closed with an electric gate. The driveway, although steep, offers space for three small cars or two large cars. If necessary, two more small parking lots are available within a few minutes' walk in the street.

If you enter the driveway from the street, you will then find the stairs to the villa where you first arrive at the small round table. This is pleasantly situated in the shade for those who want to retreat here for a while. On this terrace level is also the entrance of the house.

Upon entering the villa through the front door, you enter the hall and you will see the first bathroom with shower and toilet opposite. On your right is the fully equipped kitchen with a BBQ area. There is a coffee maker (filter), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster etc. If you are unsure whether something is present, please feel free to send us a message for more information.

To the left of the entrance is bedroom 1 with two single beds and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, television and dining area for 12 people. All this with the unique phenomenal sea view! Positive: the living room is located at the pool level which allows you to take a refreshing bath directly from the living room and then relax on one of the sun loungers.

As you can clearly see in the photos, there are multiple outdoor seating areas available. A large table for six people, a round table for four people and a place for two at the front. There is also a large parasol available for the hot summer days and a beautiful outdoor shower on the side of the villa. During your stay, the swimming pool is maintained so that it is always in perfect condition.

In the hallway at the entrance is the staircase to the spacious hallway. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, suitable for a total of four people. Bedroom 3 is also suitable for a total of four people and equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4, the leftmost bedroom, is equipped with a double bed and has its own ensuite bathroom. If desired, we can place an extra bed here on request for a 13th person/child.

All three bedrooms offer you the beautiful sea view and from the spacious balcony you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning sun in peace and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening with a good glass of wine.

On this floor you will also find a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Amenities such as an ironing board, iron and drying rack are provided. Upon arrival you will be provided with a towel set (1x large and 1x small bath towel), pool towels are available on request.

There is no air conditioning , but for the warmer summer days, each room is equipped with a fan. The villa is equipped with central heating for the winter months.

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid together with the cleaning costs, deposit and bed linen CASH on arrival, see 'additional costs'.
