Villa Anna is a completely renovated villa in 2015 with swimming pool.
This villa is located in a very quiet and green area with sea views, on a quiet street with traffic only in the residential area of Serra Brava.
The decor is modern and luxurious with air conditioning in every bedroom.
The villa is located near the rustic Tossa de Mar and lively Lloret de Mar. Only 5 minutes. Located on one of the most beautiful bays with a nice beach, restaurant and a small harbour, this is a wonderful holiday place!
You enter the hall, with a bathroom on the right and in front of you 3 bedrooms with sea views.
On the left you will find the stairs. There you will find a 2nd bathroom at the bottom of the stairs on the right.
Furthermore, you can walk through the kitchen and the living room with large sliding doors to a large terrace.
Outside you will find a nice large swimming pool. Around the pool are sunbeds and a lounge. Also here with a sink, toilet and shower.
On the other side of the villa is a covered open kitchen with barbecue and luxury seating on the barbecue.
The villa has private parking on site.
Groups of young people are unfortunately not allowed in this villa with an average age under 25 years!
