Villa Santa Cristina has a pleasant atmosphere and consists of three floors. The ground floor is the garage. Here you can park your car. There is also a handy laundry room here. Next to the laundry room there is an elevator (on request only for families) and a staircase.
On the first floor you enter the cozy living room. The living room has large windows so that you can enjoy the beautiful view from the living room! Next to the living room is a large dining table where you can dine with the whole group!
The big advantage of this beautiful villa is that the living area is on one level and all rooms are connected to each other and to the terrace! So that you are really together on your holiday!
Next to the living room is a lovely large terrace with a cozy sitting area and barbecue. Here is also the swimming pool (6m - 4m). Furthermore, on this floor there is a spacious very complete kitchen, a bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa, all with a beautiful view over the wooded area and the sea.
Behind the house is a spacious terrace, completely private. It is a cozy terrace with a barbecue.
Besides the fact that it is a fantastic holiday home, the location is also very good! The romantic beach Cala Treumal and the slightly larger beach Santa Cristina are both within walking distance, you walk via a wooded footpath. Next to this hiking trail is the beautiful Botanical Garden of Santa Cristina! This garden is well worth a visit.
The villa is located in the middle of the charming villages of Lloret de Mar and Blanes.
