Costa Cabana - Villa Paris

The following special conditions apply to this holiday home:

This accommodation is available for families and groups with an average age of 18 years or older. For groups there is a deposit of € 125 per person.

The property is located in a residential area, so it is important to consider the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and peace must be maintained between 22:00 and 8:00.

Optional:

• Towel set: 10 euros per person
• Beach towel: 7.50 euros per person
• Transfer from Girona / Barcelona airport on request

Payments:

Booking is confirmed after agreement and 35% deposit; remainder no later than 8 weeks before the start period. Full payment required when booking within 8 weeks. Always mention your reservation number when paying.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation by tenant
If an agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged in addition to the booking costs due and the costs for any cancellation insurance taken out:

• In case of cancellation no earlier than 6 weeks before the planned arrival date, the full sum is due.
• In case of cancellation earlier than 6 weeks but no earlier than 8 weeks before the planned arrival date, 75% of the full sum is due. In all other cases, 50% of the full sum is due.

Cancellations must be communicated directly to CostaCabana by telephone or e-mail and confirmed in writing, whereby cancellations that come in outside office hours will always be made on the next working day. The day of receipt of the written confirmation is considered the day of cancellation.

Cancellation by CostaCabana

If any circumstance necessitates the cancellation of the already rented property, this will be notified to the tenant as soon as possible and, if possible, with the offer of an alternative. If this alternative is not accepted, or if an alternative cannot be offered, the amount already paid by the tenant will be refunded immediately. The tenant has no more or other right towards CostaCabana than to reclaim this amount.
