This villa is ideal for two or even three families, for example, because there are several separate areas where you can retreat. The house consists of two floors with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, 2 of which have already been beautifully renovated. There is a lovely swimming pool with lounge beds for everyone and various cozy places to sit in both the shade and the sun.

Through the front door you reach the top floor where the 1st kitchen is on your right. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will want for nothing.
Next to the kitchen is the 1st bathroom with toilet and shower. On this floor, in addition to the cozy living room with fireplace, television and lounge chair, there are also three bedrooms for a total of 6 people.
You can go outside through the living room through the French doors and then reach the ground floor with the two separate rooms through the garden.

Room number one is the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and is suitable for 4 to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The red sofa bed in the sitting area is suitable for an additional 2 people.
The apartment has undergone a partial renovation and has a beautiful new bathroom, new doors and a separate toilet. The washing machine is also located in this room for your use.

The second separate room on the ground floor is the exceptionally cozy house in a cottage atmosphere. This room has a nice living area with large dining table, new kitchen, two sofas, a television and games cupboard and a beautiful large new bathroom with a wonderful rain shower.

The cottage is adjacent to a nice terrace where you can relax in the shade in the luxurious lounge chair or at the table during the warm summer months.

There is access to central heating (very nice in winter) and the house is equipped with free WIFI and Internet TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum age is 25 years. No groups of young people allowed!!!

Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer you these diverse spaces. This way you can rent the entire house privately for you and your family(s), but you can also retreat for a while. The house is located in the Lloret de la Creu district, 6.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar. There is free parking in front of the door. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

Personal reception
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by me, your hostess Lynn. In the week before arrival I will contact you (via Whatsapp or SMS) to agree on the arrival time. I will show you all the ins and outs of the house and various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants in the form of a self-designed E-book. During your stay I am always available for questions or to solve problems!

PLEASE NOTE: We are obliged to collect tourist tax of € 1.10 per person per night upon arrival (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid in cash upon arrival, together with the deposit and cleaning costs. See our prices.
