The property is distributed over two floors
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom
This bedroom has its own entrance from the outside and is not internally connected to the rest of the house
Directly outside the bedroom there is a smaller covered porch with seating, ideal as a relaxation area
First floor
On the first floor there is a bright living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart TV
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dining area and direct access to the terrace
The terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen and features an awning, outdoor furniture and views of the garden and pool
On this floor are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, and one with two single beds and a fan
In addition, there is an additional complete bathroom for the bedroom with single beds and the common areas
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area features a fully fenced garden, ideal for guests traveling with pets
The private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas
Next to the pool there is a shaded area with a stone table and seating
The property includes a covered outdoor dining area with table, worktop, fridge and sink, ideal for alfresco meals
The barbecue is permanently built, works on charcoal and is located next to the veranda
The property also features a boules court
