Villa EL SOL

Our cozy and well-maintained detached, spacious holiday villa/bungalow

EL SOL is located in the quiet Mas Pere district, 2.5 km from the centre of Calonge.

Calonge is a historic town and is located between Palamós and Playa d'Aro on such a 

5 minutes by car from the beach.

Along the beach runs a beautiful modern boulevard with many restaurants, terraces and shops. You can walk to Palamós via this boulevard!

For young and old there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity. There are golf courses, tennis/padel courts, a water theme park etc.

The villa has a private swimming pool with outdoor shower, a fully enclosed garden with terraces, one of which is completely covered, a barbecue and a 

jeu de boules court.

Furthermore, the villa has 3 bedrooms -  (air conditioning available) and is suitable for 6 people.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

Also available is a camping bed and a high chair.

Two bathrooms, both with a bath/shower, sink and toilet. 

There is also a bidet in the small bathroom.

The washing machine is in the main bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc. and a large fridge/freezer.

You don't need to bring more than (fitted) sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, kitchen/bath towels and bath towels. If desired, a linen/towel package can be rented. 

Due to agreements with our key manager and cleaning company, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
