Mas Toi is a large luxury farmhouse from the last century, beautifully decorated and with beautiful views, in a very quiet residential area.
It is located in the Baix Empordá, in the heart of the Costa Brava, from where you can enjoy the whole area.
It is located 2 km from the center of Calonge and 5 km from the coves and beaches of Torre Valentina, where you can explore the beautiful coastal path and cool off in its crystal clear waters.
Upon entering, you have the feeling of diving into the past, between cozy rooms and neat décor.
The house is on two floors, connected by an old internal stone staircase.
The ground floor retains the original stone floor, while the first floor is almost entirely made of wood.
La Masia has a spacious English country style kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, fridge and all the necessary utensils and a dining area. On the ground floor we also find a toilet, an atrium, a spacious and cozy living room with television, fireplace (aesthetic) and a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a laundry room with 2 fridges with freezer.
The Villa is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years old, bachelor parties, parties in general etc...
