Villa Rose is a well-maintained modern holiday home with every comfort (air conditioning in all bedrooms) There is a new heated saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, armchairs, table and chairs for a drink, blinds and separated from the garden for the safety of the children. In the garden with a beautiful view is a large dining table, barbecue and cozy seats.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with 160x200 bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with 140x200 bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds. All bedrooms have sliding windows to the large terrace and are equipped with shutters. There is a second bathroom with a bath.
On the ground floor there is the garage for 2 cars with automatic gate (electric vehicles not allowed in garage) The entrance hall. A separate toiler room. Large dining-living room with sliding windows to pool area and sliding windows to garden and barbecue. Large separate kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher etc. There is also a separate storage room in the kitchen with washing machine, ironing equipment, etc. All windows are fitted with shutters.
Free WiFi throughout the house,garden and TV. It is carefree to enjoy your holiday, we live a few km from the Villa and are always accessible.
