This impressive Mediterranean-style villa is located in the exclusive urbanization Vizcondado de Cabanyes in Calonge. Despite its large size, the authentic villa is very charming, has plenty of daylight in all rooms and has a large, playful garden with lots of privacy. In addition, there is an abundance of comfort due to air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool heating (if desired) and a lockable parking area with charging point for electric cars. It is an ideal holiday home for a family holiday or for a holiday with two families. 

Villa Joachim has a privileged south-facing orientation, which can be maximized by the many balconies, terraces and seating areas.  At street level there are three spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning, all with fitted wardrobes, two of which are equipped with a bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have access to the balcony with French doors with a beautiful view over the garden with the mountain peaks of the famous nature reserve Les Gavarres behind it.  On the ground floor there is an additional double bedroom with air conditioning, again with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom en suite.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, the sitting and dining room, a separate toilet and laundry room. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the covered terrace that extends over the entire width of the villa. With its open connection to the terrace and the sitting room, the kitchen creates a comfortable environment in which various living functions can be combined both inside and outside. The spacious living space has a sitting and dining area, charming fireplace and offers access through French doors to the covered terrace, which not only offers views of the garden but also of the impressive Gavarres mountains.

The beautiful garden can be reached via a staircase from the covered terrace. It is an oasis of peace with various seating and dining options in both the sun and the shade. The absolute centerpiece of the garden is the inviting private swimming pool, the ideal place to cool off in the hot summer, surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds as well as an outdoor BBQ. The swimming pool also has a heating system that can be booked for a fee, so that the pool is also ideal for use in spring and autumn.  

Finally, the convenient location in Calonge offers many starting points for a day trip. You can easily reach one of the beautiful beaches that the Costa Brava has to offer, but you can also visit several authentic Catalan villages in the vicinity, take a walk through the nature reserve Les Gavarres or spend a day shopping in cities such as Girona or Barcelona.
