Nice that you have discovered our dream home that was completely renovated in 2018. The house is located about 75m. above sea level and it offers a beautiful view of the sea and nature. It is 1 km. from the beach and some nice quiet rocky beaches. The city centre is 1.5 km away. distance.
Rental of the 3 rooms.
Usually the rooms are rented separately through other international sites. We meet guests from all over the world and are happy with our superhost status. In order to give Dutch families with CHILDREN FROM 10 YEARS OLD, with supporters or parents or friends the opportunity to rent these rooms in the house for the periods of the construction industry and the school holidays, we block the 'separate' rooms for rent for these periods until the beginning of March. We also like to meet Dutch families and let them experience a nice holiday here. A maximum of 4 guests can come. If you have any questions, feel free to send a message but read on.
So we also live in the house ourselves, ALSO DURING YOUR STAY. Families we have received see our presence as a supplement rather than a limitation. Read the reviews. We are flexible and, for example, do not use the kitchen at the same time. Guests have a separate large refrigerator and storage spaces. We do our own thing here but are available for your questions about the facilities in and around the house, but also for suggestions about the possibilities in the area and of course we do the maintenance of the house, the pool and the garden.
Bedrooms.
The 3 guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room has a double bed and a private bathroom. On this floor there is also a large terrace with fantastic views. The bedrooms are lockable and have a large bed and have air conditioning/heating. The windows have mosquito nets and Velux blackout blinds. For storing clothes there are two open cupboards. In all bedrooms there is a large full-length mirror of 40x150cm on the wall. All bedrooms and bathrooms are NOT directly adjacent to another bedroom or bathroom. Our private bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor. In 2 bedrooms there is a Smart TV with a Chromecast connected to it.
The bathrooms.
Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet, sink, large mirror with lighting and hair dryer, shower with hand shower and rain shower with extra water pressure. Includes shower gel/shampoo, hand soap and towels.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor and are modern, contemporary and comfortably furnished and are equipped with air conditioning and music speakers to listen to your Spotify music via our Sonos system. In the living room there is a TV with Chromecast for TV streaming. (e.g. Netflix). The sliding door in the kitchen gives direct access to the garden and pool. There is also an unobstructed view from the inside.
The terrain.
Around on private grounds of over 1500m2 there is plenty of space where you can sit or lie down and on all sides you have a fantastic view over the sea or the natural landscape and the mountains. Due to the special star shape of the villa, there are many places around where you can enjoy. There are several seating areas and umbrellas. So there is always a place with sun or a shady spot to be found either in the wind or out of the wind.
Not only enjoy during the day but also in the evening because the sun shines for a long time on the spot by the pool. So also enjoy the afterglow if you have been away during the day. There is a Jeu de Boule court to use together, but also an outdoor table tennis table and a dart board. There is also a BBQ.
Swimming pool.
It is disinfected by means of salt electrolysis. Advantage softer pool water, no chemical chlorine, so no chance of itching, red eyes and sensitive skin.
