Upon entering this beautiful villa, you will be amazed by the fantastic sea views!

From the entrance hall there is access to a toilet, the comfortable living room with Smart TV and a separate dining table. From the living room you have direct access via sliding doors to the large terrace with outside dining table and automatic awning. The sea views are amazing!
From the terrace there is a staircase leading to the pool area.
From the living room you can access the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs and oven. All kitchen utensils and appliances are available.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with a shower cubicle and sink.

Going down the stairs you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The view from the bed is breathtaking.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Third double bedroom with sliding doors for direct access to the pool. Great second bathroom with tub/shower. Separate room with washing machine and iron.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

From the terrace there is access to the garden, the private pool (7x3 m) and the terrace with seating corner and barbecue. This villa has a semi-salted swimming pool. This means soft, chlorine-free water and no red eyes.
It has electric heating throughout the villa for the cold winter months.

The beach is 400 metres away; 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Private parking for 1 car and ample parking space on the quiet street.
