In the common enclosed garden, guests enjoy a large adult swimming pool with solarium and a second shallow pool for children.

There is parking place available in the condo enclosure.

The flat offers a large living room that opens on a wide balcony, 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, a modern, recently refurbished kitchen and 2 refurbished shower rooms, a private internet connection via optical fibre and central heating for comfortable stays in spring and autumn.

Blanes is located 1/2 hour driving from Gerona Airport (GRO) and 1 1/4 hour from Barcelona Airport (BCN). Good connections also by public transport. Direct trainline to downtown Barcelona every 1/2 hour.

Since my childhood, more than 50 years, I stay every year in this place with my family, daughters and now grandsons. We all have here our best holiday remembrance and keep enjoying the seaview.
Of course, as time kept goïng on, the flat needed some refurbishments and improvements we did with my husband and it is almost up to date now.
I love the idea that during the periods my family does not fill the flat is still occupied by guest enjoying the wonderfull view and sunny beach.
