The house is modernly furnished and light comes in through the many large windows, and all rooms are very spacious. On the ground floor you will find the modern living room with the kitchen next to it. Both offer you access to the garden. At the back of the villa there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have two single beds.
On the first floor you will find the other bedrooms, bathroom and a large terrace. Both bedrooms have single beds.
Villa Ibiza is a nice and fun place for a wonderfully relaxing holiday with your family. You're also in the right place for a day at the beach! You can reach Blanes beach within fifteen minutes by car. Also a pleasant village with many terraces and restaurants!
The following special conditions apply to this holiday home:
■ Villa Ibiza has a sofa bed for any two additional people.
■ The entire house has air conditioning and this is available for an additional charge of €25 per day
■ This accommodation is available for families and groups with a mixed composition and an average age of 24 years or older. For groups, a deposit of € 125 per person applies and bed linen rental is mandatory.
