This holiday home is suitable for 8 people. You have four 2-person bedrooms with air conditioning and three bathrooms. From the beautiful living room you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
You park your car safely in the driveway, behind the fence. Then you enter the house on the upper floor. Here is the beautiful living room which, thanks to a large glass front, has a direct connection to the terrace and gives optimal views of the sea and the surrounding area.
On this floor is not only the living room with dining area, but also the kitchen. The kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a toilet on this floor.
One floor below are the bedrooms and bathrooms. To start with, the suite with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Then two bedrooms, each with two single beds and exit to the terrace and garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom is another suite with a double bed, exit to the terrace and pool and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The house also has a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious private swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. Around the pool is the garden with grass, in several floors. There is also a beautiful Kamado barbecue.
From the living room you can easily walk to the beach of Sa Riera, Platja de Pals, Es Racó and Illa Roja. There are also several beautiful 'chiringuitos', beach bars, some with sunbeds, good food and delicious cocktails!
By car you can also easily visit the other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Sa Tuna, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.
