Casa Tanit is a luxury quadrant villa for 6 people in a beautiful, quiet urbanization in Villamartin (Las Filipinas, Orihuela costa), 65 kilometers south of Alicante airport, on the Costa Blanca.
Quadrantvilla Casa Tanit is fully equipped. The living/dining room consists of ample sitting and dining space with an open plan kitchen, HDTV. Sun control glass, shutters, air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and 3-burner hob. The bathroom on the ground floor has a sink, toilet, shower room and a washing machine. The ground floor bedroom has ample wardrobe space for your wardrobe and luggage. There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have excellent mattresses. A cot can be added (is available). The air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature. On the ground floor there is access to the spacious front garden with chairs, cozy dining area and lounge set. Beach chairs are also available. The garden is on the South-West with lots of privacy. There is a view of the surroundings from the roof terrace and partial sea view. There is a beautiful communal (urbanization only) swimming pool with children's pool, sunbathing area and umbrellas. The many sandy beaches are a short drive away. A 24-hour shop and some bars/restaurants are within walking distance. The Mercadona supermarket is at 1500 meters! The largest indoor shopping center in Spain, la Zenia, is 3 kilometers away

Arrival and departure:
You can determine your arrival and departure dates adapted to your flight times. The check-in time is from 15:00, the check-out time is before 11:00.

Annul
1. Cancellation can only be done by email with a reason.
2. In case of cancellation, the following costs apply per reservation:
* in case of cancellation of 12 weeks or more before the start of the holiday: € 100, -
* in case of cancellation from 12 weeks to 4 weeks before the start: 10% of your booking
* in case of cancellation from 4 weeks to 3 weeks before the start: 15% of your booking.
* in case of cancellation from 3 weeks to last week: 50% of your booking
* in case of cancellation in the last week: 75% of your booking.
* If the tenant announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent. No refunds will be made
