I am the owner of the apartment. The apartment is completely new and we have furnished it in such a way that everything necessary for a nice holiday is present.
You will be welcomed by Daphne on the spot. Daphne arranges the reception for several accommodations and knows Allonbay and the area well.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Until January 1, 2026 for the months of July and August early bird discount of 10%. Minimum booking period 1 week

Rental price includes bed linen, towels, hammam towels, kitchen towels.

The cleaning costs and laundry costs are 300 euros.

The deposit is 950 euros

The administration costs are 85 euros

Energy costs for "normal" use are included. In case of high consumption, a surcharge of 18.50 per day will be charged.

Arrival between 16:00 and 20:30 h.

Check-in at other times on request. surcharge 20 euros to be paid in cash.

Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival full refund of the rental amount. Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival 50% refund of the rental amount. Cancellations must always be made in writing.

The apartment is located in Allonbay Village in a quiet more secluded neighbourhood. A pebble beach and a nice beach restaurant can be found 100 meters away. Within 5 minutes you are by car in a large shopping center. There are still accommodations under construction, but the noise pollution is very limited.

There is a book in the apartment with various walks and sightseeing opportunities in the Alicante region. Such as waterfalls of Algar, Guadalest, reservoir Amadorio. Golf courses. Nearest is golf Puig. Nice 9-hole course with beautiful sea views, Altea and Benissa also have a 9-hole course. At La Sella there is a beautiful 18-hole course. At the Melia hotel in Benidorm there is a 36-hole course. And towards Alicante there are also several 18-hole courses. Tennis courts and padel courts 3 min away Altea Has a nice high located center. Tram A tram runs along the coast between Alicante and Denia. You can visit all coastal towns. For us, boarding and parking next to hospital marina baixa is the easiest.
