As you arrive, the Mediterranean unfolds before you, with Playa El Torres just steps away. To your left, a modern residential complex with an inviting design welcomes you. From the underground parking, where you’ll find a spacious and convenient parking spot, an elevator takes you directly to Vista Torres, a stylish corner apartment on the second floor.
Stepping inside, a hallway leads to the open-plan living area. The modern kitchen, arranged in two sections, features a back wall unit and an open island facing the living room and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a sea view while cooking, and two guests can sit at the island, making it a social space.
A glass door opens onto a side terrace, adding even more natural light.
At the center of the living space, a dining table for six invites shared meals, while the lounge area features a spacious sofa and a sleek widescreen TV. A modern ceiling fan provides extra cooling alongside the air conditioning. A large sliding door connects the living area to the front terrace, where the panoramic sea view becomes the true highlight.
To the left of the living area is the master bedroom, which also opens onto the front terrace—a perfect place to wake up with sea views. The room includes a wardrobe, air conditioning, shutters, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.Turning right from the entrance leads to two additional bedrooms and a separate bathroom. At Vista Torres, the sea is always within sight. The spacious front terrace offers unobstructed views of Playa El Torres, the beautiful bay that gives the apartment its name. A comfortable lounge sofa invites you to relax under the sun, while the large dining table for six is ideal for breakfast at sunrise or dinner on warm summer nights. A generous parasol provides shade during the hottest hours.
The side terrace, accessible from the kitchen, offers lateral sea views and faces west, making it a great spot to watch the sunset.When it’s time to cool off, you can choose between the beach or the pool.
The lagoon-style outdoor pool, surrounded by sun loungers, offers a true touch of luxury. Additionally, the heated indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi provide a relaxing wellness experience, with changing rooms and showers.
