This cozy and modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to four people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends. Just inside the door is another family bathroom, also with shower and underfloor heating. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances for a stress-free holiday: Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The cozy living room has a sofa, television and dining table.
Outside there is a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing or alfresco dining in our beautiful climate. We provide bed linen, towels and hair dryer to our guests, as well as free Wi-Fi in the house. A generous limit of 20 kW/day is included in the price (any overage will be charged separately). Underground parking is also included in the price.
Mediterranean Gardens is a new development in La Veleta, Torrevieja. This oasis has 4,300 m2 of gardens with natural grass and two large summer pools, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. For those who visit us in winter, there is also a heated swimming pool kept at a pleasant temperature of 28ºC.

Just 300 metres from the door there is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and within 800 metres there is a great selection of bars and restaurants. In a short 5-minute walk you can reach the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with swimming area. We will follow the coast towards Torrevieja and arrive at the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean in comfort and safety.
A whole world of fun awaits you on the promenade of Torrevieja, a 20-minute walk away, with sports facilities, bars, restaurants and leisure activities. Thanks to the good accessibility of the national highway and the public transport network, all the great charms of Vega Baja are within easy reach from the apartment.
Within a 10-minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartín are 20 minutes away.
