Apartment Torrevieja is a luxurious 4-person corner apartment and fully equipped. The living/dining room consists of ample sitting and dining space with an open plan kitchen, HDTV. Sun control glass, shutters, air conditioning. There is a balcony on the West. There is also a possibility to use the roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath with shower. The 2 bedrooms have ample closet space for your wardrobe and luggage. There are double beds with excellent mattresses. A cot can be placed here (is available). The air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature. There is an enclosed swimming pool and a P-space in the closed parking garage. The (sandy) beach is 250 meters away! Several shops and bars/restaurants are within walking distance. The large Consum supermarket is 600 meters away. The largest indoor shopping center in Spain, la Zenia, is 12 kilometers away. However, you don't need a car, everything is within walking distance or by bus.

My name is Roland and I am the owner of Apartment Torrevieja. I live alternately in the Netherlands and abroad. I myself have lived in Andalusia for 6 years and am now regularly in Alicante. We have completely renovated the apartment and given it a modern look. You don't often see an apartment on the beach, with a swimming pool and a private P-space in the parking garage. In Apartment Torrevieja you will have a great sun & beach holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival and departure
You can choose your period and number of days according to the cheapest flight times. The check-in time is 15:00, the check-out time before 11:00

Annul
1. Cancellation can only be done by email with a reason.
2. In case of cancellation, the following costs apply per reservation:
* in case of cancellation from 3 weeks to 1 week to one week before the start: 15% of your booking.
* in case of cancellation in the last week: 50% of your booking.
* If the tenant announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent. No refunds will be made.
