This beautiful luxury penthouse is located on the southwest with direct sea view, swimming pool and garden and has a spacious living room with dining area, cozy bar, air conditioning and heating, sofa bed, WATER FILTER INSTALLATION (no more dragging plastic bottles and direct drinking water from the tap!), SAT TV with ALL Dutch and Flemish channels.
In the house, on the balcony and on the roof terrace there is fast fiber optic internet and WIFI available.

There are 2 bedrooms , both with air conditioning and heating, each with 2x1 person beds and equipped with very high quality mattresses and a built-in wardrobe with safe.
Two luxurious bathrooms with walk-in (rain) shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a private entrance to the bathroom.
The open kitchen with cozy bar is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker,  toaster, sandwich maker and  extractor hood.
The apartment has a balcony with awning and a spacious roof terrace of 60 m2 from which you have a beautiful view of the pool, the communal garden and the sea. The roof terrace is furnished with a beautiful 6-person dining area with sun cloth, lounge set, 2 sun beds, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, bar, washing machine and outdoor shower.
The complex is safe, closed and protected and you have access to a videophone with door opener and private underground closed parking with remote control. 

Additional costs:
Rental prices are for a maximum of 4 people. Cleaning costs per stay: € 90 + € 5 per person for washing/ironing. There is a possibility to rent a cot and/or high chair. The costs are €17.50 per item per stay. Special winter prices: for spending the winter in this attractive penthouse  we ask € 1,195 per month, including water and linen, excluding electricity and for a stay of at least 4 weeks based on 2 people and only applies in the winter months, January, February and March.

Additional information:
Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The rental prices mentioned include energy, unless more than 85 Kwh per week of electricity is consumed. The extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit of € 0.50 per KWh. The key manager can give you an explanation on arrival.
Departure time on the day of departure no later than 10.00. Arrival time on the day of arrival from 16.00.

PUNTA PRIMA
is a lovely place to stay and in a very central and beautiful location. Ideal for a short stay during your holiday and/or for the long term stay in winter with the right facilities and sun on the terrace all day. This complex is located in one of the newest residential areas of Punta Prima, just a 12-minute walk from Punta Prima beach. All the amenities you would expect to need, such as a diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available and all within walking distance. The white safe 'Green Flag' beaches with azure blue sea of Punta Prima, Playa Flamanca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campo Amor and Torrevieja, are in the immediate vicinity. Also in the vicinity are the various professional golf courses such as Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Las Colinas, Campoamor and Vista Bella golf (15 kilometers). The largest shopping centre in Alicante La Zenia Boulevard (160,000 m2) is only a 5-minute drive from our resort Oasis Beach and all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bus stop are within walking distance. A visit to the local market to buy your fruit and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be done on Saturdays in Playa Flamenca and on Fridays in Torrevieja.

TORREVIEJA
is situated in the southernmost part of the Valencia region on the Spanish Costa Blanca, about 30 kilometers from Alicante, the capital of the province. The weekly market on Friday can be counted among the largest in Spain. There is a craft market at the harbor every day. The area is best described as a long region, which is known for its beautiful beaches. This makes this area also very popular with the Spaniards who spend their holidays here from other parts of Spain. Torrevieja itself is also located by the sea and is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lakes which are the largest salt lakes in all of Europe. There is a dry climate with more than 330 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees. Due to the presence of the large salt lakes in the area, there is a micro climate here, making this area one of the healthiest areas in the world.
