Penthouse with roof terrace and fantastic views over the sea and Torrevieja.
This penthouse apartment located on the east has a spacious living room with open kitchen, cozy bar, two bedrooms with private bathroom and GE-WEL-DIG roof terrace! The roof terrace in particular is a true oasis of peace and space and privacy. And in addition, a beautiful view of the sea, Torrevieja and the park with swimming pool.
Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The living room has a comfortable 2 person (sleeping) sofa, modern (enlargeable) dining area and a satellite TV with all international channels selected per country. So ALL Dutch, Flemish, German, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English and many more channels are present!
The living room is adjacent to a cozy terrace with sitting area and retractable awning and has perfect views of the beautiful pool, jacuzzi and garden. Here the morning sun is rising.
In the apartment and on the roof terrace upstairs there is fast internet and WIFI available. Also from the master bedroom you have a beautiful view of the beautiful garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi and you will be treated to a beautiful sunrise every morning!
The 2 bedrooms are both equipped with their own air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a large double bed which is equipped with a very high quality mattress. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower. In this bedroom there are spacious built-in wardrobes and a private safe. Towels and linen are plentiful. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which are also equipped with high-quality mattresses. This bedroom uses the2nd bathroom which is also equipped with toilet, sink and rain shower.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and extractor hood. There are two coffee machines available, a traditional and a Dolce Gusto machine. There is also a kettle, toaster, juicer and toaster. There is also plenty of cutlery, glasses and other crockery available. NEW: Now with a special water filter so you NEVER have to buy bottled water again! So purified drinking water comes out of the tap which you can drink immediately!
The apartment has a balcony with dining table which is adjacent to the living room and a spacious roof terrace (solarium) of 58 m2 from which you have a beautiful view of the pool, the communal garden, Torrevieja and the sea! The roof terrace is furnished with a beautiful lounge sofa, a 6-person dining area, 2 sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and a lovely outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The entire roof terrace is also equipped with cozy outdoor lighting so that you can sit outside for a long time. Furthermore, the largest part of the terrace can be covered with a retractable awning so that there is sufficient shade on sunny days. The apartment is new and in 2024 completely restyled and finished with the best materials in accordance with the new European standards. The entire complex is safe, locked and protected and you have access to a videophone with door opener so you can see who is at the door below. Also important, the sun is shining on the roof terrace all day long, from sunrise to sunset. Because it is a corner apartment, there are only neighbors adjacent on 1 side, which are separated by an opaque glass screen.
The apartment has its own underground parking garage with remote control which can be used to park the car or bicycles. The car can also be parked along the street. We as owners think it is important that nothing is missing during the holiday. Special winter rate: Winter stay 1199,- p/m in this attractive apartment is possible in the low season. For this we ask €299 per week (1199 p/m), including water, and linen, excl. electricity and with a minimum stay of 4 weeks. When you book, this rate is not immediately visible but is manually adjusted by the landlord.
Airport pick-up and drop-off service: On request, you can be picked up and or dropped off to and from the airport at an additional cost. Surcharge is €75 one way.
