Our apartment is located right by the sea, 4 km south of Torrevieja in a small hamlet called Punta Prima. And you can see that it's fine;-). It is located on the 2nd floor in a complex with 5 blocks. There are 3 swimming pools (1 infinity pool, 1 heated swimming pool all year round and 1 large paddling pool with playground). At the front the GR route passes by where you can walk for hours on the coastline. There are 2 restaurants within a 4-minute walk with sea view, in addition to a shopping center with a large supermarket and many restaurants where you can eat super tasty food as well as basic needs such as pharmacy, etc. A small beach is a 5-minute walk away, there are several mini beaches in small bays, large beaches can be reached by car at 15 minutes (Playa la Mata, Mil Palmeras, Campo Amor,..)
The apartment is decorated in Ibiza style with many natural colors, it exudes comfort. On the front terrace there is a lounge area as well as a large dining table, on the rear terrace there are 4 relax chairs and coffee table. Here is also the washing machine and drying rack.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and the crockery is complete to put a 4 course menu on the table.
There are 2 bedrooms, each connected to a terrace and a private bathroom. The bedrooms have shutters so you can darken it well. They are 2 double beds / box springs with good mattresses. There is also a TV in the master bedroom.
The living/dining room has a table for 4 people as well as a good quality sofa bed. Of course there is also a TV set here.
There are elevators in the building.
There is an underground car parking space that is closed.
