In case of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:

a) Cancellation up to 12 weeks before rental start date: 50%

b) Cancellation from 12 weeks before rental start date: 100%

If the owner is unable to make the property available due to force majeure, the amounts paid will be refunded. However, no claim for damages can be made against the owner.
