This penthouse is located on the Amanecer X complex, where there is also a gym (the sauna and jacuzzi will open soon). This is a wonderful place for us, which we like to share with other parts when we are not there ourselves. It is the perfect location for summer and winter and in a sunny location. Even if the sun is low in winter, you do have the sun here. Within walking distance of the penthouse you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there is plenty to do, beaches, shopping centers and Torrevieja is only 10 minutes by car. And then for the golfers among us, the apartment is located between many famous golf courses.
The apartment: The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a carefree holiday.
Modern kitchen: The modern open kitchen has a cozy bar and is fully furnished and equipped with the latest appliances including fridge / freezer, oven, combi microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans available and there is plenty of cupboard space.
Spacious living room: Our penthouse has a cozy spacious living room. It is equipped with a lovely sofa, with a cozy easy coffee table. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a safe in the living room to store important papers. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, which is also separately adjustable. On the wall unit there is a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) TV with a maximum of Dutch TV channel.
2 comfortable bedrooms: The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm and one with a double bed of 160x200 cm. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and good mattresses. The two bedrooms have blackout curtains and spacious wardrobes. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms which can be adjusted separately per room. The windows in the bedroom have electric shutters.
2 luxury bathrooms: The bathrooms have their own toilet, washbasin and a wonderfully spacious shower room with rain shower. The bathrooms have underfloor heating that you can operate yourself. The windows of the bathroom can be opened for extra fresh air (turn off the underfloor heating!) All 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Side balcony: On an enclosed space a separate balcony, where the washing machine and a drying rack are located. This space is good to use for wet clothes to dry.
Large balcony: Adjacent to the bright living room is a spacious and spacious balcony of 20 m² complete with a dining table with 4 chairs, great to start there in the morning with your cup of coffee. From the balcony you look out on the courtyard garden, the swimming pool and the children's pool. The free fitness is also accessible via the courtyard garden. Roof terrace: Our roof terrace is the absolute gem of the house. Our roof terrace (solarium) is 65m² spacious. This offers enough space to enjoy the rising sun until the late hours. The beautiful view of the surroundings. The roof terrace has a pergola. Under the pergola is a relaxing garden set. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. At the rear of the roof terrace there are nice sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and hot running water. In short, enjoy the sultry summer evenings and the setting sun.
Private parking: Our penthouse has a private parking space in the closed underground storage room. There is also ample parking around the penthouse.
Important to take more into account: Of course there is fast wifi in the house, balcony and also on the roof terrace. The rental includes: bed, bath, beach and kitchen linen.
