-There are 2 bathrooms.

On the beach side is a very spacious garden with two terraces and a direct private entrance to the beach. Also at the front of the apartment is a terrace over the entire width of the house. The kitchen is equipped with various kitchen equipment. Underneath the apartment is a barn and a private parking space with charging station for electric cars.

There is a fast WI-FI connection and Dutch television. For the winter months, the property is equipped with electric heating in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room. A small dog is allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
