Layout of Villa Limonero:
Through a charming gate you arrive at the front garden and closed parking lot at the house. Through the front door you then enter the entrance hall with separate guest toilet (in this toilet are also the washing machine and dryer).
- On the left side of the entrance hall is a spacious suite . This is the master bedroom with its own bathroom , including toilet, walk-in shower and sink. Next to this bathroom there is access to a small children's room with two folding beds via a sliding glass door. From the master bedroom there is another sliding glass door, which leads to the walk-in dressing with a luxurious double bath. Spectacular sea views and a starry sky that can be dimmed ensure that taking a bath here is extremely relaxing and romantic. This bedroom also has its own terrace with lounge set. Here it is wonderful to wake up in the morning, with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the sunrise. This complete suite is equipped with air conditioning, shutters and blackout curtains.
- On the right side of the entrance hall, is the pleasant and bright semi-open kitchen , fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all household items. From the kitchen there is access to a side terrace with a summer kitchen and bar.
- In the living area a dining table for 10 people is central. A side door leads from here to a lounge terrace. The view from the living area is spectacular, all the way from Moraira to Calpe and with the Mediterranean Sea in the leading role. Adjacent to the sitting area of the living area there is another open terrace , a lovely spot for breakfast at sunrise. The television offers several international channels and there is also a portable music box and a small holiday library at the guests' disposal.
- Next to the kitchen, a staircase leads outside to the sleeping area below . Here are three more beautiful suites, all with sea views and a comfortable private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The middle bedroom also has a luxurious freestanding bath. All bedrooms open onto the terrace by the pool and are equipped with a wardrobe, blackout curtains, shutters, individual air conditioning and comfortable beds with beautiful linens.
Outdoor living : Around Villa Limonero there are several terraces where you can relax and where you always have the choice of sun or shade.
Terrace at the front of the house, near the living room:

- Nice bar with five seats, adjacent to the outdoor kitchen.
- At the front of this terrace there is a lounge with sea view and western orientation.
A staircase leads down to the pool area:

- The pool has a built-in staircase and an outdoor shower.
