Accommodation; Layout of Casa La Gaviota:
An automatic gate opens to a Southern-looking patio: authentic tiles, wooden frames and an abundance of greenery welcome you to Casa La Gaviota. At street level, the front door of this villa opens into a spacious entrance hall.
To the left of the entrance hall is the bright and airy master bedroom with 1m80 double bed. Attractive patio doors give access to a private terrace with enchanting views over the bay of Moraira - without a doubt the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. This room has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious shower, a spacious bath, a double sink and toilet.
To the right of the entrance hall is a second suite with a double bed of 1m80. This pleasant bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom, equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink.
From the hall, a corridor leads to the third bedroom -with two single beds of 90cm- which also has a private balcony, and to a third, complete separate bathroom, again with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
The three bedrooms are particularly light and airy furnished; the respect for Spanish style and charm, combined with light materials and fresh, summery fabrics, underline the Mediterranean character of this elegant villa. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit and can be completely darkened with a roller shutter.
Finally, at the end of the corridor is the living room, with two comfortable sofas and television, and beautiful panoramic sea views all around. The television offers, via Chromecast, access to several international channels. This attractive, semi-circular living space invites you to relax and enjoy the view.
To the left of the living room is a spacious, separate kitchen, with room for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences: a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and hob. Here too, the panoramic sea view is immediately noticeable.
A staircase leads from the kitchen to a moon-shaped terrace on a lower level. This terrace is equipped with a sun awning and a large round table. Here, too, the spectacular panoramic view is the big eye-catcher. This is a lovely terrace to have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea and the first morning sun.
From the living room, the side staircase leads to a lower level, where access to the outdoor area is via a comfortable utility room . In this utility room there is a very large fridge, ideal for keeping drinks chilled and within reach for the terraces or by the pool. In this utility room are also the washing machine and dryer. In addition to the utility room, there is also a separate guest toilet .
Outdoor areas:
Right next to the utility room, a staircase leads up to anattractive covered terrace with wooden pergola and a large wooden table. Ten guests can sit here very comfortably. This terrace with a large gas BBQ and beautiful sea views, invites you to have a delicious lunch and dinner, together with friends and family. The summer nights here are endless.
On a lower level is the pool terrace. A particularly spacious swimming pool of 8.5m x 4m, surrounded by eight comfortable cushioned ligbeds, invites you to have fun in the water and enjoy the sun. Large umbrellas provide shade if desired. The panoramic view over Moraira, nature and the bright blue Mediterranean Sea is completely overwhelming thanks to the round, protruding shape of this terrace.
On the side of the pool, there is another covered terrace. This terrace is also moon-shaped, which adds to the feeling of impressive sea views. A wooden lounge with comfortable seat cushions and a cosy dining area for six, invite you to enjoy the shade of the view in the coolness.
