The pleasant enclosed terrace on the fourth floor, connects to the sitting area and gives lateral sea views of the exclusive Levante beach with its various bistros, restaurants and bars. In spring or autumn, you can completely close off the terrace during the less warm moments and it is part of the beautiful sitting area.
As mentioned above, you are only a few steps from the dike and the lovely beach. During all holiday periods there are public beach beds and umbrellas available for sunbathers.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning with invertion, so nice and cool in the summer and cozy warm for the winter visitors.
In the comfortable sitting area you can enjoy the Smart TV with an extensive range of TV channels. You receive most radio channels via the internet and Wi-Fi. The small sofa can be converted into an extra single bed. The dining area with extendable table and sideboard fits in nicely with the sitting area.
In the kitchen there is a vitroceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...
Furthermore, all the necessary cooking and eating utensils are available as well as kitchen towels, dishcloths...
The first bedroom (master bedroom) has a comfortable double bed with a decent mattress and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroomhas 2 single beds with decent mattresses and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Baby cot and high chair also available up to 3 years/max 15kg
The bathroom with walk-in shower is centrally located between the two bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided.
In the laundry room is the washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Or even better, you can quickly dry your wet clothes in the sun on the communal roof terrace.
Between the end of June and the beginning of September, finding parking space in the streets of Santa Pola is practically impossible. You can then rent our closed parking space 5 minutes away from the apartment for 10 euros per day. Outside this stated period, parking in the streets is possible.
