Are you looking for a luxury apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to enjoy carefree? Are you looking for a nice place to stay with the whole family? Then rent Casa Sol y Sal in San Miguel de Salinas.
Our apartment has a beautiful view of the pool and from the roof terrace of no less than 70m² a view over San Miguel de Salinas! While the children are swimming, you can relax on one of the private terraces while enjoying a cold drink.
Our house is located in a beautiful new neighborhood and has recently been completed. Winter rental is also possible. The costs of this are €1150 per month (including electricity consumption). This rate only applies to the months of November to mid-April.
General
The house is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. Not entirely unimportant is that you can park for free next to the complex on the street side.
Kitchen
Upon entering the house you immediately enter the luxurious open kitchen. This modern kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals! In the kitchen there is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine and there is a filter coffee machine in the cupboard.
Living room
In the living room you can dine at the modern round dining table. Or maybe after a long day on the couch to rest and watch Netflix, that's no problem either! Casa Sol y Sal has an excellent WIFI connection which is also easily accessible on the roof terrace. In addition, we have a smart TV and it is possible to stream various apps via the Chromecast such as Netflix, Disney+, Ziggo, KPN, Videoland, etc. There is no cable TV available.
Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms, both bedrooms have a spacious built-in wardrobe. This way you can neatly store all your belongings. In the first bedroom there is a comfortable double box spring (160x200cm) and a lovely ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 separate box springs (80x200cm). Of course we also offer service to the smaller children. There is a camping bed and a high chair in the house.
Terraces
From the living room you enter the front terrace located on the side of the swimming pool. The front terrace is located on the south and there is an awning if you want to have a drink in the shade. The roof terrace can be reached via a second staircase via the front terrace . The roof terrace of no less than 70m² is a wonderful space where you can enjoy in peace . There are two luxury sun loungers and a comfortable lounge set which is under the pergola. That will be relaxing until the late hours and enjoying the unique view!
Common room:
For the children, the playground in the courtyard garden offers a lot of fun. Adults can use the three vitality equipment for a healthy and active holiday! The pool is divided into two areas so that the small children can play in the shallow end while the parents swim a few laps or relax in the deep end of the pool.
Environment
You can come 'home' to Casa Sol y Sal for total relaxation but also if you are an enterprising, active, sporty type! San Miguel de Salinas is an area with which you can go in many directions! For example, you can go out for a walk or bike ride, play sports on one of the many nearby golf courses, visit a ruin in a city or go shopping. But also spending a day on or at the beach, which is a 10-15 minute drive away, is possible. For the golf enthusiasts among us, the region has no less than four golf courses. Within walking distance (350m) of the house you will find cozy restaurants, wine bars, supermarket and Wednesday market in the picturesque Spanish village.
San Miguel de Salinas is easily accessible via Alicante or Murcia airport (45 minutes).
