Nicely maintained apartment with lockable and heated terrace.
One of our best assets are our 2 communal swimming pools (1 at 60m and 1 at 300m). Present at the pool : showers, toilets and sun loungers.
All necessary facilities at max 800m (e.g. catering, pharmacy, supermarket, ...)
Upon your arrival, the key will be ready at a pre-arranged place. 
If you still want a word of explanation at your check-in, the key manager will come on site (she does ask for travel costs for this) 
In the living room and bedroom there is TV with all international channels 
You will also see that the beds have already been prepared for you and everything will be neat.
We strive to make it as hygienic as possible.
Bed & bath linen is also provided, which ensures fewer kilos in the luggage.
At the departure the bed linen, bath linen (last cleaning) will be washed for you so you don't have to do this yourself, so more time to enjoy!
Cleaning is also not requested, it is only asked if something is broken, defective, .. can this be reported to me. 
If there is something during your stay, you can always contact the key managers, all information about this can be found in the glass cabinet in the living room.

LA MARINA…. La Marina is located on the Costa Blanca South between Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura. La Marina is in fact split into two distinct parts, the old coastal town and beach, and the purpose built residential development (La Marina Urbanisation), a short distance inland on the other side of the main coastal road the N-332. The coastal part of the town has some fantastic sandy beaches, which are so big even in high season they never get crowded, and you can always find a spot away from the crowds to enjoy the sunny weather. Alicante airport is only a 20 minute drive away. La Marina is a small town in an area of protected pine forests and it comes alive during the summer months when people fill the town to enjoy the small but busy beachside tourist resort. Obviously La Marina is a great location for a beach holiday, if that's all you want from a holiday then you needn't go anywhere else as everything you need for a great family holiday in the sun is right here LaMarina. Enjoy a traditional Spanish experience by visiting the street markets held every Thursday and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. Here you will find stalls selling local produce including fruits, vegetables, leather goods such as handbags, shoes, belts and purses. The access to La Marina is very good. The AP-7 (motorway) autoroute comes from Alicante Airport and heads south to Murcia San Javier Airport. Also, the N-332 goes right around the edge of the La Marina urbanization and it also goes from Alicante airport in the north all the way down to Murcia San Javier airport in the south. South of La Marina are urbanization Bella Vista and urbanization Las Pesqueras, then comes Guardamar del Segura, a much larger coastal town with great beaches. North of La Marina is Santa Pola with its miles of sandy beaches and a large town centre. Just north of La Marina are many salt lakes, such as Salinas del Brac del Port, which create a very healthy atmosphere for those suffering from health problems such as allergies or arthritis. It has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants so you have plenty of amenities on your doorstep that you can easily walk to. There are four supermarkets, including SuperValue (the tourist office is opposite). There is also a newsagent, optician, bank, Cornish Pride and ice cream parlour. In Spanish, the word urbanization is urbanization and means a housing development. La Marina is divided into three main areas: La Marina, La Escuera and El Oasis. With a car you can venture out and visit the numerous coastal towns as well as attractions such as the Rio Safari Park between Santa Pola and Elche. You can also head to the local golf courses, of which there are plenty to be found in the area. Don't forget to take a trip to the city of Alicante, which has the best shopping area. Likewise for culture, a visit to Santa Barbara Castle might also be ideal. La Marina is surrounded by a number of charming towns and villages such as Daya Vieja, Daya Nueva, Almoradi, Algorfa, Rojales, Formentera del Segura, San Fulgencio and Catral. They are all developed to some degree. La Escuera is one of the main areas of the La Marina urbanization all of which are under the municipal control (Ayuntamiento) of the small town of San Fulgencio. 25 minutes away you will find La Marquesa and Villamartin golf course with an abundance of olive trees and bunkers making it a challenging course for all levels. Las Ramblas golf is a short course, very attractive with tall trees, ravines and fairways making for a great golfing experience. Campoamor golf is set over two valleys and has beautiful views and a club house to end the day. To play at Campoamor you must have a handicap of thirty-six or less and you must book a week in advance in order to play. On the course day you can rent clubs and electric buggies. All courses have eighteen holes and putting greens and driving ranges. There are also restaurants and cafes near the courses to refresh you after your round. Activities near La Escuera / La Marina There are two water parks, both within a ten minute drive of La Escuera, in Quesada and Torrevieja Water Park Aquopolis. A great day out can be experienced in the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide variety of animals, as well as pools and water slides.
