In this detached luxury villa there is a nice apartment, located on the ground floor, near Alicante-Torrevieja. The upper floor is occupied by the owners, with all due respect for your privacy. From 2 large terraces, one of which is located on a large private swimming pool, you have a beautiful view over the hills and a fairytale view over the village located in the valley. What makes this house so unique is the location and space.
If your holiday destination is peace and quiet and yet also beach and culture, then look no further. Enjoy the private pool during the day and have a BBQ or make a paella in the evening, but also cheap or luxurious dining just a few minutes' drive away. And when you have had enough of the hustle and bustle, you can retreat to this oasis of peace. In the summer there are many nice markets for tourists, but there is also plenty to do in the area. Just pick up the weekly newspaper at the supermarket and you know exactly where to do what.
Enough of the pool and the beach, then you can also indulge yourself in terms of culture. In Rojales there is a beautiful park, El Recorral at a walking distance, famous are also the beautiful cave houses.
This villa is located on top of a mountain, so there is a refreshing breeze from the sea in the afternoon.
The apartment contains a large kitchen, with all the necessary appliances. 2 bedrooms, 1 with king size double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

The beaches of Guardamar, with its cozy marina, excellent fish restaurant, and pleasant boulevard can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
La Marina and Orihuela are in the vicinity.
We would like to welcome you to this beautiful location. Outdoor shower is available. In Spain people mainly live outside, and you have plenty of space for that here. Sit covered by the pool or sunbathe. There are 2 large tables, each with 6 chairs on the 2 terraces, so you can dine outside.
In high season there are nice tourist night markets.
Close to the Habaneras shopping center and in just 25 minutes you are in the largest shopping center in Spain: La Zenia Boulevard. The natural spa, freely accessible in Torrevieja, is also very worthwhile.
Ciudad Quesada is found in an area of well-known cultural heritage and natural beauty.
For golfers there are also 5 excellent 18-hole golf courses in the area all within a 25 minute drive. Nearest only 800 meters away. The Golfing PGA Championship is held at Club Marquesa Golf, 10 minutes from the house.
Beaches here have consistently been awarded the European Blue Flag for safe, clean water and excellent service.
The lively cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 10/15 minute drive away with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and plenty of bars and restaurants offering something for all ages.
