Guesthouse 

The guesthouse belongs to Villa de la Luna. This villa is located on top of the hill in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales and is inhabited by the owner. The villa has a private heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m).  

The garden of the villa is spacious and attractively lit, so there is a lot of peace and space and can also be enjoyed outside in the evenings.

The guesthouse is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating and wifi. The proceeds of the solar panels on the roof are used as much as possible, so that the environment is not unnecessarily burdened.

Layout of the Guesthouse

You get to the guesthouse through the main entrance of the villa and then via the path around the villa. The guesthouse has a bright living room of approximately 20 m2 with a dining table with four chairs and two armchairs. The bedroom is adjoining and has two single beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The kitchen has an electric hob, combi microwave, a refrigerator and bean coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, the bathroom is located with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower. The apartment has a private terrace at the entrance with a breakfast seat for two people and a seating area. In addition, you can use the terrace around the private pool, the accompanying comfortable sunbeds and the (heated) swimming pool itself.

Surroundings

Rojales and Guardamar

Rojales is an authentic Spanish village with a nice center located on the river La Segura. The urbanization Ciudad Quesada, where the villa is located, is part of this village and is located on a hill overlooking the Marquesa golf course. Both in the center of Rojales and in the urbanization there are several restaurants and cozy entertainment venues. The seaside resorts of Guardemar and La Marina are 10 and 15 minutes drive away respectively and have several beautiful wide, white beaches and a lively boulevard with various bars and restaurants. The seaside resorts of Torrevieja and Santa Pola are slightly larger and are about 15 and 20 km away.

Beaches

Guardemar has several beaches such as Playa Centro on the promenade and Playa El Rebollo at La Marina. A visit to La Mata beach, on the way to Torrevieja, is definitely worth it. A little further away , but beautiful is the beach of Cabo Roig, near La Zenia. Due to the number of beaches and the width of the beaches, it is never too busy, even in high season. So you always have a choice between quieter beaches and more activity.

Cities

Nearby are the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena. All three cities have a historic center and can be combined well with cultural trips, terraces and beach (Alicante and Cartagena).

Golf courses

Nearby and within walking distance is the La Marquesa golf course. In the entire area to about 30 minutes drive, are several golf courses such as La Finca and Las Colinas.
