The villa is located in a neighborhood and the grounds are only accessible to residents or tenants. In the wide streets you can easily park your car or you can use the private parking space next to the house, but it is very narrow.
From the cozy living room and luxurious open kitchen you can walk straight onto the terrace with the swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with a lounge set, dining table and sunbeds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven and coffee maker. You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Two of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and comfortable double box-spring beds. Alicante airport is only 35 minutes away by car.
ENVIRONMENT
There are several beautiful cities nearby such as Alicante (28 km), Elche (17 km), Cartagena (74 km), Murcia (67 km) and Valencia (186 km). Guardamar (7 km) is a typical Spanish village with a cozy center, boulevard, a harbor and very nice beaches. Torrevieja (18 km) is a pleasant city for a nice walk on the boulevard and the vibrant nightlife. There are several salt lakes with very nice walking and cycling routes and the island of Tabarca is also worth a visit.
