There is also a large roof terrace with a beautiful view over the nearby nature reserve. Next to the villa you have a driveway which offers space for a car.
In the garden of the house is the saltwater private swimming pool (5x4m) with sun terrace.

The villa is located on the Costa Blanca just south of Alicante in the town of Rojales. Just 30 minutes from Alicante Airport. The unique microclimate in this region attracts many people.
The beach of Guardamar is only 7 km away and the town of Ciudad Quesada is 2 km. From the house you can explore the surrounding area. Torrevieja cities such as Elche, Cartagena and Murcia are also worth a visit. Restaurants and supermarkets are 500 metres away.
