The house also has a covered porch to enjoy the peace and quiet in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee and breakfast in the sun or in the shade.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, with bathroom attached to suite with large bath, shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The other bedrooms are furnished in this way, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. These rooms are centrally located next to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be used to cool during the summer and heat in the winter .
From the covered porch you have a beautiful view and also a view of the pool and garden, in the evening you can illuminate the garden and the pool has various colors of LED light in the water. In the garden is a covered pergola with a lovely hot tub. In addition, there are several lounge areas where you can relax after dinner and enjoy the setting sun. There is an outside BBQ with a large dining table suitable for 6 people. All in all, this is a villa that lacks nothing and you can have a wonderful time. There is plenty to do in the area. Pedrequer has the largest 'La Marina' indoor shopping center less than 10 minutes away from the villa. It consists of 2 floors full of shops, restaurants, and a cinema. Are you a golf enthusiast? Less than a 10-minute drive from the villa is the "La Sella" golf complex. You can also go horseback riding, tennis, karting and so on in the vicinity. In the center of Denia you can relax at the harbor with terraces, shops and lovely beaches. All in all, you can have a great time.
We have the option to heat the pool, which is not applicable in the summer months, then the water is warm enough.
