Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Other costs

Electricity will be deducted from your deposit based on consumption after your trip. Cleaning costs €175 per booking and is charged in advance.
Bed linen will be charged per person at €12 when booking
Bath towels are charged per person at €12 when bookingKitchen linen is included
Beach towels (maximum 6 pieces) can be booked optionally at €15 per person. 

Deposit & deposit

After your booking you will receive the rental contract and bank details for your deposit and payment of the deposit.
We charge 35% of the rent in advance and a deposit of €450,-Your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after we have received our keys back, use of electricity will be settled.
We will inform you of any defects and deduct repair/replacement costs from the deposit. 

Cancellation policy

Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, the
reservation final. In case of cancellation, for any reason
also, the tenant owes the full rental amount. We
strongly advise tenants to take out cancellation insurance
to overcome any financial risks. The landlord will
do not provide a refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Shed with 2 bicycles, 2 steps for the kids, 2 older beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella. A brand new 6Kg washing machine and a large refrigerator with separate freezer were also installed here in May 2022. All available to the tenants.
May 2022 newly purchased washing machine of 6Kg and a large fridge with separate freezer. Both are in our separate shed. In the caravan itself there is a smaller refrigerator with again a separate freezer (new one installed in May 2021).
