The house
Casa Kim is located in the popular area of Villamartin, just a 10-minute drive from the popular La Zenia Boulevard. Upon arrival, you can easily park in front of the door. The front garden, located on the north, offers a nice place to have breakfast or cool off. In the sunny backyard, you can enjoy the unobstructed view and look through the trees to a playground where the (grand) children can play. Thanks to the sun canopy, you will always sit comfortably.
The property exudes Spanish charm, combined with modern conveniences. Inside you will find space for up to 6 people. The cozy living room invites you to dine or relax Netflix. With excellent WiFi and a Samsung Smart TV, you can stream all your favorite apps.
Kitchen
The extensive modern kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances, such as an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and induction hob. In addition, you will find handy appliances such as a kettle, microwave, rice cooker and Nespresso coffee maker. Here you can easily cook a delicious meal.
Bedrooms
Casa Kim has three bedrooms:
Ground floor:
One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
First floor:
One bedroom with two single beds and access to a spacious terrace 12 m².
The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and patio doors to a second balcony of 10m2.
Bathrooms
There are 1.5 bathrooms:
On the ground floor: a toilet and sink.
On the first floor: a bathroom with bath/shower, sink
and toilet.
Facilities
