We have been resident in this area since 2001 and partner of the Spanish property developer in the development and commercialization of this popular project "Villamartín Gardens"
Thanks to our many years of experience, we know this area inside and out and know that a good location is one of the most important criteria for anyone who wants to stay here for a shorter or longer period of time.
We live on this project ourselves and offer 2 luxury apartments for holiday rental.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Minimum stay 7 nights and maximum occupancy 5 people.
Pets not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
Rental price 100 euros/night (June, July and August 120 euros/night).
Booking conditions: 30% of the rental price upon reservation.
Minimum 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% rent + mandatory cleaning costs of 100 euros + deposit 400 euros.
Electricity consumption 80Kw/week is included in the rental price. In the event of additional consumption, 0.40 euros/Kw will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation at least 2 months before the start of the rental period, total refund of the reservation sum.
Cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the rental period 50% refund of the reservation sum.

We also rent out long term.
Discount of 30% on the stated rental price for stays of 1 month or more (this does not apply in June, July and August)
