We have been residents on the Costa Blanca South in Spain for more than 22 years and are also a partner project developer of this very popular project "Villamartín Gardens" in Orihuela Costa (Alicante).
Thanks to our experience, we know the entire area inside and out and know that a good location is very important for anyone who stays here for a short or longer period of time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Minimum stay 7 nights and maximum occupancy 4 people.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Rental price 120 euros/night (Easter and Christmas 130 euros/night, June, July and August 140 euros/night).
Booking conditions: upon reservation 30% of the rental price. Minimum 3 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% rent + mandatory cleaning 120 euros + deposit 300 euros.
Electricity consumption 80 Kw/week is included in the rental price. In case of additional consumption, 0.40 euros/Kw will be charged.
Cancellation policy: cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the rental period, total refund of the reservation sum. Cancellation at least 2 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% refund of the reservation sum.
We also rent out long term.
Discount for rentals of at least 1 month is 30% of the stated rental price. This does not apply in June, July and August.
