The apartment is located in Villamartin in a cozy, green area full of golf courses. Both the beach and the La Zenia shopping centre are 10 minutes away. distance. There are two large communal swimming pools and a jacuzzi. There is a closed, underground car park available to which you can access. In the area you will find water sports activities such as jet skiing, kite surfing and diving.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are per night, in high season a minimum stay of 7 nights and outside of high season a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash on arrival

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
