Quiet and beautifully located holiday home in the Vistazul urbanization in Orihuela Costa. This house has a spacious view on the state side. Sea views are available from the terrace at the front and from the balcony and roof terrace. With bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance (5 min), there is plenty to do in the area.

The house is ideal as a place to stay during golf holidays or beach holidays, for example. There are 20 golf courses in the area, the distance to the sea is 5km. There is a communal swimming pool just 15 meters walking distance from the house. This is a beautiful fenced swimming pool which is only used by the people present in the urbanization.

There is plenty of lounging space to relax both in and out of the sun. There are some sunbeds available by the pool and there is a shower to rinse yourself off.

In this environment you can make yourself understood in English, so speaking Spanish is not necessary. Our house is located 45 minutes away from Alicante Airport, and 45 minutes from Murcia Airport. 
Dutch-speaking management, and transfers to and from the airport are possible in consultation.
