Beautiful new apartment for rent in Orihuela Costa in the Valentino Golf III apartment complex, 45 minutes by car from Alicante airport. Sun not guaranteed, but it shines here 320 days a year, so there's a good chance!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be pushed together if desired. If you are with more than 4 people, you can use the sofa bed for 2 people. For the little ones there is a cot and high chair. And if you want to come with several families, we can put you in touch with other landlords in the complex.

The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a carefree holiday. And of course, the apartment has air conditioning, making it nice and cool in every room.

The communal swimming pool can be used all year round, as can the children's playground and the jeu-de-boule court. The apartment also has a private parking space.

The Valentino Golf III resort is located in the Villamartin district. It is located next to one of the many golf courses and is within walking distance of Villamartin Plaza with its many restaurants and pubs.

In addition, the beach Playa La Zenia is 8 minutes away from the apartment! If you like shopping, La Zenia boulevard is the place to be. More than 150 shops and restaurants and a lot of fun.

The price per night depends on the period. If you want to spend the winter in Spain, we will make a special price for you. 

Bed linen and towels are included. Smart TV with all channels available. And a Chromecast, so you can stream your own shows and Netflix when you feel like it.
