Aire Residencial is a new development with modern apartments in Villamartin on the Costa Blanca South in Spain.
Our apartment is located in the main block on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. The underground parking lot is also right next to the lift. The terrace is south facing so that you can also enjoy the sun in the autumn and winter and there is a sea view. We have two bedrooms and a sofa bed so that up to 6 people can use our apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine.
The residential complex has approximately 4,400m2 of green landscaped gardens with WiFi, 2 swimming pools (adults and children), 1 jacuzzi (also heated in winter), showers, 2 petanque courts and several bicycle sheds.
Aire residencial is located in the heart of Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, just 5 minutes from the golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor. The residential complex has been designed for those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean quality of life, in a quiet and renowned area, less than 8 minutes from several beaches and at the same time close to all amenities, bars and restaurants.
The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into the apartment on the first day of stay between 4:00 pm and 8 pm. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 10:00 am. In consultation with the owner, other times are possible (for a fee)
Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and hand over the keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up and drop you off at the airport. A driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the airport. This will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday!
