Our cozy apartment has 80 m² and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Casa Con Vista has a double bedroom with king-size Balinese four-poster bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. fully equipped kitchen with all conceivable tools and comfort.  living area with a cozy dining area, a luxurious sofa bed can accommodate the 3rd and 4th person, TV and sound system with streaming option, patio doors to French balcony.


The apartment overlooks the terrace and is mostly in the cool.  The pool with a beautiful view of the Citrus plantations and the mountain landscape. The terrace is partly covered and has an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, sitting area with fire pit, hammocks, beanbags and a lounge bed.


The apartment offers complete peace and privacy.

We are John & Sandra and our Labradoodle Max and cat Nikky and would like to welcome you to our beautiful place in Orba.

Our apartment is directly below our house on the large terraces and spacious swimming pool and overlooks the Orba valley.
Because our house is above the apartment, we will also stay on our property, but we will respect the privacy of our guests.
The tranquility and all the comforts more than compensate for the 16 km distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of Oliva and Denia.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
