Villa Zjaqie in Murla
What a fantastic place with phenomenal views ! Villa Zjaqie is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Murla. Away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a nice holiday home with a private pool where you can fully enjoy the peace and the outdoors. The Dutch owners have decorated the villa with taste and the house is fully equipped.
The village of Murla is located in a picturesque area surrounded by hills and mountains. Although Murla is not a direct coastal town, it is strategically located between the mountains of the interior and the tourist coastal strip of the Costa Blanca. About 25 kilometres away you will find the Mediterranean Sea, with popular coastal towns such as Calpe, Moraira and Jávea within easy reach. The proximity to larger towns such as Jalón (Xaló), Orba and Benigembla ensures that shops and restaurants are never far away.
Layout
The upstairs apartment is accessible from the front of the house. From the private parking space you walk to the front door via a small staircase. Here you enter directly into the cozy living room with plenty of light, air conditioning, a sitting area, a wood stove, a 6-person dining table and the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. On this floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 x 200cm) with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. From the living room you walk directly to the naja with the insanely beautiful view over the green valley and the mountains. Great to have breakfast here in the morning, drink a cup of coffee or just enjoy the surroundings.
From the naja you walk via a short staircase to the terrace with BBQ and the nice private pool. The terrace has a large dining table with 6 chairs, parasol and an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. You have both a view of the pool and the mountains here. A wonderful place to dine for hours.
There are 6 sun loungers and a parasol by the pool. The pool is not fenced and is on a somewhat higher level, possibly less suitable for small children.
The ground floor can be reached from the terrace by the pool with a few steps you enter the garden and the lower floor.
Here you will find a small living-playroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. You enter the hall, and from here you can go to the living-playroom, which is equipped with a sitting area, TV and an Air hockey game. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine. Bedroom 3 and 4: both equipped with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and air conditioning.
Outside at Villa Zjaqie
The villa offers a lot of privacy, a large garden and is south facing. The outdoors is fantastic, there is a nice place to enjoy hours together with a cozy BBQ or that delicious breakfast in the morning. The sunbeds with parasol invite you to relax alternated with a dip in the lovely private pool. The car can be parked on the private property .
In short, Villa Zjaqie is very suitable for a successful holiday !

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Thursday/Friday. In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- We have a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
