Casa Xanadu "here God has planted a garden" is located in Rafol ́d Almunia, in the middle of Monte Pego near Denia, on the edge of the Orba valley (famous for its citrus fruit). The airport of both Alicante and Valencia is an hour's drive and the sea is fifteen minutes away. In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of picturesque Spanish (coastal) towns such as Moraira, Javea, Calpe, Altea and the beautiful Jalon valley, all with the finest restaurants. Within a distance of 10 km are both the large Shopping Mall of Ondara and the towns of Denia, Orba and Pego.
Our attractive holiday home (of high quality) is part of a small urbanization and offers a beautiful sea view from all rooms! It is located on a cul-de-sac in a green area giving you optimal privacy. Directly off the living room there is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a great view. There is also a lovely private swimming pool. The house is equipped with every comfort such as a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms!
Casa Xanadu is located against a mountain and the 3-storey house has the following layout:
Ground floor (apartment with private entrance): lovely master bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, sofa bed, terrace;
Middle floor (ground floor): living area with a living room, eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom all opening onto the large poolside terrace. Separate toilet.
Top floor (turret): bedroom with living room
Directly at the house is a private driveway with ample parking spaces and outdoor terraces.
