Cozy little house is fully equipped with 1 bedroom in a quiet area and yet only 6 km from the beach. very suitable for singles and couples.
The house stands on a plot of 3000 m2 with terraces at the front and rear. Various fruit trees on the plot such as pomegranates, oranges, dates, olives, figs, lemons, etc. You may of course also use the spacious swimming pool.
There are 2 houses on the property. We ourselves live in the house at the front of the site and the house at the back is rented out by us. The spacious swimming pool is located between the 2 houses.
Furthermore, there is enough space to park the car directly at the entrance in a spacious carport. Your car is safe there. Terrain is completely fenced.
The distance to the picturesque village of La Hoya is 3 km. And 5 km from La Marina on the other side. In both villages it is nice to relax on the terraces of the many bars and restaurants.
Alicante airport is only 20 km away. Alicante city, well worth a visit, 25 km. From here you are less than half an hour in the beautiful hinterland. Hondon Valley and Aspe are places that are very popular and are therefore often visited. But also the wine region of La Romana.
You will certainly not be bored here, enough to do and undertake to get through your days.
We may be able to reassure those who would postpone or cancel their holiday for medical reasons. Gerold is an experienced nurse and can continue the necessary nursing care at your holiday address.
If desired, we can provide a so-called food package. This if you arrive at a time when no supermarket is open anymore. Examples include: bread, eggs, milk, toppings, wine, beer, water, etc.
These groceries are settled upon arrival.
