It is a beautiful villa, equipped with all contemporary necessities, located in a private and quiet location. This luxurious accommodation is located a few hundred meters from the beach. A 5 minute drive will take you to the center of La Marina, 15 minutes further is Guardamar, while Elche or Alicante is only a 20 minute drive. All these places have countless shops, terraces, and a wide range of restaurants. Essential services such as well-equipped hospitals, doctors, specialists can be found in the immediate vicinity

This spacious villa can accommodate up to 6 people, where everyone will find their own corner to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It is a beautiful villa, equipped with all contemporary necessities, located in a private and quiet location. This luxurious accommodation is located a few hundred meters from the beach. A 5 minute drive will take you to the center of La Marina, 15 minutes further is Guardamar, while Elche or Alicante is only a 20 minute drive.
